The week's last visit is to The Barn at Dale End House near Matlock in the Peak District, owned by Sarah Summers. After confronting Robert at breakfast on the last visit, Sarah is dreading his arrival, but all the guests are bowled over by Sarah's establishment and Jeremy and Elena are surprised at how organized and professional she is.
