CHAI YAN, just as his name suggests, has three wives. His second wife NGAN TUNG LAN always competes with his third wife TAM SI MUI for his favor. However he manages to cope with the situation. As YAN grows older and older, he hopes that his sons will inherit his business. He tries to convince his two sons. His younger son CHI uses reasonable excuses to shirk his duty and thus the duty falls onto CHUNG's shoulder.
